Families of returning East Central ISD students can still complete registration online for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. If you haven’t already, log in to the Parent Portal and submit any required forms by June 6 to secure your spot.

East Central ISD is proud to welcome Jaime Jaén as the new principal of Legacy Middle School. His leadership comes at a key moment as the campus begins its work as an Accelerating Campus Excellence school through a TEA grant.

The Texas Education Agency has released the 2023 A–F accountability ratings, based primarily on STAAR scores and other indicators. East Central ISD is taking strategic, student-centered actions to build on this data and ensure long-term academic growth.

Valor Middle School College and Career Preparatory Academy is a school of choice—any rising 6th grader can apply! Valor is also zoned for Tradition Elementary and Honor Elementary.
